I picked this short piano piece to be in the album since it is slow and solemn. It also fits as a good transitional piece inbetween "Dug a Dot," which is intense, to the beginning of "Rain of Tears," which is solemn. The piano, it seems, is the great equalizer between instruments, pieces of music and even our lives. We can play or listen to it and organize our thoughts very readily. Playing the piano shouldn't be a chore but a blessing. It is why so many people enjoy playing the piano to this very day. |
