Story Behind the Music
This song represents a fun idea to go along with a dark sound. The idea is of a frigid clear night, a warm fire, and a hot, fresh cup of hot cocoa. The dark sound is the key of B minor, fifth and seventh cords in the second section, heavy use of effects mixed with some natural sounds, and some nice builds.
This song features me talking augmented with a vocoder, singing augmented with filtered effects, sounds of me tapping on my desk, lots of synthesizers, and my lovely clarinet.
